You can't skip over growth and into scaling. ⁣
What do I mean?

Stop trying to AUTOMATE strategies before those strategies are creating and converting demand.
Let me explain.

Almost weekly I get a message from a newer business owner saying "I watched your mini series and am creating my bingeable series so I can start getting clients."⁣
⁣
I cringe.⁣
⁣
Automating doesn't happen first.⁣
⁣
It's a scaling strategy. ⁣
⁣
Which means you didn't watch me spend the first 5 years testing, optimizing and building again.⁣
⁣
Nailing the messaging angle.⁣
⁣
Making sure my positioning was crystal clear.⁣
⁣
Building a system to repeat again and again until my results were predictable. ⁣
⁣
So no, you can't just go create an automated series and think it's going to work.⁣
⁣
And honestly you're wasting your time trying to skip growth to get to scaling. ⁣
⁣
Phase 1: Create and Convert Demand⁣
⁣
No fancy, automated systems.⁣
⁣
Just content + conversations.⁣
⁣
This means you can sprint test messaging and positioning AND get clients weekly. ⁣
⁣
So stop spending months building an automated system when you lack the demand and validation that makes an automated system work.⁣
⁣
Phase 2: Now that you have enough demand AND a clear and validated message that's positioned for the right buyers...⁣
⁣
Now automate.⁣
⁣
But be prepared. When you automate there is still an optimization period.⁣
⁣
Moving the pieces around.⁣
⁣
Fine tuning⁣
⁣
Until its a well-oiled machine. ⁣
⁣
Stop skipping steps.⁣
⁣
You can absolutely FAST TRACK the steps so what took me 5 years can take you 6 months.⁣
⁣
But you cant skip them.⁣
⁣
I'm sorry the internet business world made you feel like you can just jump ahead.⁣
⁣
